A part from staff, UGAMA has enough capability to implement food, nutrition and income security, community capacity building and climate resilience actions due to resources available in place such as administrative tools (computers, printers, shelves, photocopiers, and other office equipment), financial management (enough staff-Accountant and Financial administrator), and training modules ; This capacity comes also from existence of management tools: a manual of financial and administrative management procedures; computerized systems: Keeping an accounting as required by donors; culture of strategic planning and development of operational plans; partnership, networking and collaboration with other actors and with the beneficiaries as well as the participatory approach of working with beneficiaries. UGAMA has offices and adequate equipment and materials that can host several staff, 4 vehicles that can facilitate monitoring of activities.
