UGAMA has experienced, competent, stable and committed staff, who are endowed with a great capacity for lobbying, implementing of projects and mobilization of people.

In charge of production quality, postharvest  handling and market integration A0 in Agricultural economics  5 Years in marketing of agricultural products
Cooperative and household development In charge cooperative development Msc or A0 in Rural development, 5 years in cooperative and rural community development

A part from staff, UGAMA has enough capability to implement food, nutrition and income security, community capacity building and climate resilience actions due to resources available in place such as administrative tools (computers, printers, shelves, photocopiers, and other office equipment), financial management (enough staff-Accountant and Financial administrator), and training modules ; This capacity comes also from existence of management tools: a manual of financial and administrative management procedures; computerized systems: Keeping an accounting as required by donors; culture of strategic planning and development of operational plans; partnership, networking and collaboration with other actors and with the beneficiaries as well as the participatory approach of working with beneficiaries. UGAMA has offices and adequate equipment and materials that can host several staff, 4 vehicles that can facilitate monitoring of activities.
